Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
